I spent a lot of money at Margaritaville casino last night I spent $18,000 and this month I had fun 17,000 employees harassed me by following me around the casino last week the casino manager open unlock the door to the high limits restroom and came in on me and looked at me in an improper way and asked me did I need some help and why am I in the high limits bathroom that they changed the locks so( y'all) discrimination comments y'all could not come in here and if you don't play in the high limits and I do plan high limits a lot and now Monday of this last past week they barred me from the casino because I had been there a couple of days gambling and I fell asleep and they woke me up and put me out but a week prior to that there was this Chinese lady gambling at the baccarat table and she had a briefcase I guess that's why she got to do what she did with money in it and she pulled a chair up and pulled out her blanket and slept for hours and no one bothered her discrimination same sexual harassment because the casino manager is a female Chinese lady also.

They charge your credit card $200 per day for incidentals; but when you leave they say will be refunded. A week later I call and they tell me it takes 21 days. Billing cycles in credit card already past and now I owe a lot of extra money that I did not even use! Absolutely terrible policy! Refunds should never take more than 3-5 business days. Also an American based company that charges foreign exchange when they use American dollars!

User's recommendation: Don’t book a room with Biloxi Margaritaville if you have a disibility or one of your children do they will lie to you about accommodations agree that the service given is dangerous but are not willing to make the situation right on the spot they will just charge your card and tell you to wait and see if someone above them will comp you later they give no f***ks about the effects of their actions only meeting their quota of booked rooms. They ruined my daughters 5th birthday and shrugged it off like nothing

No internet & I was unable to charge my food items to my room. The hotel failed to inform me the internet wasnt working or that it be tablet was working assigned to my room. This was a complete disaster from th beginning of my stay. I will never come here again m.

We love Margaritaville most of the time but just had the worst experience at the one in Pigeon Forge TN, store number 6101. Our waitress was as sweet as she could be took an order from one of our family members who has a gluten and dairy allergy and actually wrote it down as we have a copy of the ticket. We receive our order and they have placed the burger on a regular bun and then come back to tell us they have no gluten free buns, in which the kitchen should have never placed it on a bun. We then ask to speak to a manager who throws our waitress under the bus stating its her fault, again keep in mind we have a screen shot of the ticket so needless to say Lauren (the manager on duty)lied. The kitchen is where the problem was and they will never receive a dime more of our money. Please feel free to share if you wish for family members who may have any type of allergies that could jeopardize their well being.

Opening of Palm Springs Location URGENT

Dear Margarittaville Development URGENT I must begin my correspondence with a heavy heart and a deep disappointment in the leadership of our city. However It is what it is. I had such high expectations of a new direction of Palm Springs but alas disappointment runs deep. I am one of your new neighbors within walking distance to your new Palm Springs location and was looking forward to visiting your establishment with family and friends but the City Council has railroaded through permeate multi-unit (80) homeless shelter in the old IVY Palm Hotel across the street from your new business (Margarittaville Palm Springs) I will not be walking to your place it's a safety concern now for me. The City Council in a closed door subcommittee green lighted the project without a plan, without local business input or the community it serves. Needless to say we are not happy. The project is now in the hands of the county supervisor and we must act fast.You have a great opportunity to help us and I pray you will. I have lived here more than 20 years and we have worked tirelessly to clean up the drugs and homeless situation on the North end but this project throws it right back at us. Drug addicts, panhandlers, no grocery stores or other necessary sources. There's a liquor store and a 7-11 as services. in the immediate area. It's going to affect your new business and quite frankly could sink it. There are plenty of other options but the City has already proceeded. Were you contacted about this new project as a new business coming in? I am doubtful because they didn't even contact existing business. So now is the time for action. A fish-bowling model of homelessness will never work. I have personal experience working these types of a model to help the homeless and our city is in for a disaster but since the CC has passed the buck. I am enclosing a copy of the letter I am sending To Supervisor Perez since our council has literally passed the buck. Dear Supervisor Perez, I am writing to express concern and opposition to the proposed transformation of the Ivy Palm Resort in Palm Springs into a homeless housing residential compound. Our Palm Springs City Council members tell us that your office bears full responsibility for this project. They have recommended that we contact you with our concerns, as their hands are tied on the matter. While I support compassionate programs for our local homeless population, I have many concerns about this project and its proposed location at the Ivy Palm Resort. Here are a few of my concerns: This project appears to have been rushed through by your office (and the city) with little to no community outreach. WE are your voters. We are your constituents. We are the taxpayers of this community. We matter. And, we deserve to be included in this planning process. We hope you can agree to that. We need your office to supply us a detailed outreach plan with a planning timeline and benchmarks for the process. Please share this with the local community immediately, as it should have already been done. This projects location adversely affects our local tourism industry. This small area of town was on the rise as a local hot spot for our tourism drive-in market. Furthermore, tourism is the economic engine of Palm Springs and is the major source of funding for nearly every project in this city. This present economic situation is no time to take more tourism jobs and tax dollars away from community services such as fire and police. This project is potentially detrimental to an already fragile local business environment. Neighboring business owners such as restaurateurs and hotel operators are in opposition to this project, as it will adversely affect their business and their ability to continue to offer employment to our residents. Moving a large portion of the citys homeless population into one condensed housing compound disproportionality burdens that one local community. The burdens and hardships of these types of projects must be shared by ALL districts in the city. This project carries with it a great potential for increased crime in our local neighborhood. Our city and our local police are already unable to control the homeless crime and vagrancy situations that exist around current homeless outreach facilities. How will they be able to manage a high-density project like the one proposed? The location of this project is not suitable for the very homeless individuals that it attempts to serve. For example, there are no pharmacies or grocery stores in the area. Residents will be forced to rely on a convenience store and a liquor store for grocery shopping. This is unacceptable. In closing, we all want to see our city and county help our homeless population. But this must be done in a way that is beneficial to the homeless community and has a positive impact on the greater community. This project accomplishes neither. Horrible Timeshare Presentation

We attended a timeshare presentation at the Margaritaville Island Hotel in Pigeon Forge. My wife and I were interested in a timeshare here because we have extended family who are owners nearby and are really happy with the program. We decided to give Wyndham a try. The initial presentation showed a lot of value for our family based on our growing traveling needs. Scott was the group speaker and he was wonderful. Once we began our individual session, we quickly noticed that something was "off" with our agent, Julie Smith. My wife has diagnosed severe social anxiety and tries her best to communicate, although it is hard for her to do so in a public setting. This apparently agitated Julie, who threatened that we would not be receiving our incentives if my wife did not "participate" in talking. (Again, she present, engaged and was talking, although I fielded the majority of the lengthy questions). She went as far as to threaten that if my wife did not "participate" more, that she would then direct ALL questions to my wife alone. Very unprofessional. I understand that people sometimes have a bad day. But throughout the course of the session, Ms. Smith continued to hurl insults at us. Mostly toward my wife, but sometimes both of us. She even went as far as to make my wife and I "switch" chairs, dictating who was to sit in which seat. After playing musical chairs, she ended the session with calling us poor, saying that we could not afford to buy a timeshare with Wyndham, which was untrue. We would have loved to buy a timeshare with Wyndham as it would have worked great for us with the ability to transfer points to different options, including many things that we already do, such as cruises, airfare and amusement park tickets. The program itself seemed great. However, we chose to walk away simply because we couldn't justify giving a sales commission to someone who treated us so poorly. Wyndham, please be careful who you hire. I'm sure that there are better ways to represent the company than to insult and attack potential customers.

I tried to tell them what was happening and why. They come up with excuses.. the manager. They be telling dumb! things the reason why they did those things to me and they dont understand English very well or how I should handle the cruel behavior. How exactly I should take it. It was ridiculous!! They making me think and feel like I was the problem. Im the one who did something wrong. For crying out loud! They didnt talk to them in a serious punishment manner. They let them have their ways with me. The worst thing that ever had happened to mee! Was someone that use to work their squeezed my hand so hard that my hand felt sour for a couple of days. I told the manager and he did (NOTHING!) I was so disappointed I felt crying or walking out of the hotel going home and just never going back to work for margaritaville ever again.. Ever! I was very very mistreated working for the margaritaville.

I stayed at Margaritaville in Pensacola Beach thinking it would be a nice relaxing place to get away after the loss of my husband. Ive had zero sleep due to guests partying in there rooms all nite and not tonite. They are on the beach screaming and partying waking me from much needed sleep. Called the front desk where I was told they could not do anything. Oh, plus the small of pot is very strong on this floor, I will never stay here again. What a waste of 700.00 plus dollars.
